Our Background

Moore's Cemetery has experienced decades of neglect. Although good samaritan efforts have been made over the years that has been no consistent maintenance of the grounds.  According to Florida Statute 497.262 Moore's Cemetery has not been kept in acceptable conditions. We represent family members of the interred at Moore's Cemetery who have taken over maintenance as allowed in Florida State Statutes. We have been mowing and picking up debris and trash for the last year.  We have also started to rake up all of the pine needles so that the grass can start to come through.  Our short term goal is to keep the grounds consistently clean.
